Advertising policy

1. Kohsamui.org should be reachable 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If our hosting server, contrary to expectation, should be down more than 12 hours or more at a stretch, the advertiser will get an additional 7 day free advertising period. If the hosting server would be down, contrary to expectation, more than 72 hours at a stretch, the whole paid amount will be repaid to the advertiser. Kohsamui.org do decline any responsibility for other factors, that could make our website unreachable if that is not caused by us or our host.

2. All advertisements must be for lawful products or services, as determined by any laws established in the country of the business.

3. Kohsamui.org has the right to reject any advertisement. Reasons for rejection could including that we believes the advertisement to be fraudulent, objectionable, or unfit our website.

4. Advertising will not be accepted for pornography, racist and violence promoting websites, or other products and services, unacceptable by Kohsamui.org
